Virevant Growth LLC, doing business as Virevant ("Virevant," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit virevant.com (the "Website"), communicate with us, submit a form, schedule a strategy call, or otherwise interact with Virevant.

This Website is intended primarily for businesses and business professionals seeking growth, marketing, technology, consulting, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name; business or practice name; job title or role; email address; telephone number; business location; website address; information about your business, marketing activities, goals, challenges, or existing systems; appointment and scheduling information; communications you send to us; information submitted through forms, questionnaires, surveys, or strategy-call booking tools; and other information you choose to provide.

Sensitive Information

Please do not submit medical records, patient information, protected health information (PHI), Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, payment-card information, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information through our Website, general contact forms, or strategy-call booking forms.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit or interact with our Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links or buttons clicked, date and time of visits, approximate location derived from IP address, advertising or device identifiers, campaign/referral/UTM information, cookie identifiers, and information about how visitors interact with the Website.

2. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to respond to inquiries; schedule and conduct strategy calls; evaluate prospective engagements; prepare proposals and recommendations; provide and administer services; communicate with prospects, clients, and business contacts; operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website; understand Website traffic; measure advertising and marketing performance; attribute inquiries to sources, campaigns, advertisements, or referrals; conduct marketing, remarketing, and audience measurement where permitted by law; send permitted business and marketing communications; maintain records; prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents; enforce agreements and policies; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights and claims.

We may also use information for other purposes disclosed at the time of collection or with your consent.

3. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Technologies

Virevant may use cookies, pixels, tags, analytics tools, advertising technologies, and similar technologies to operate the Website, remember preferences, understand Website usage, measure advertising effectiveness, and improve marketing. These technologies may be provided by third-party analytics, advertising, CRM, scheduling, website-hosting, and marketing technology providers.

We may use technologies associated with services such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta advertising products, and other analytics or advertising platforms. The technologies actually deployed may change over time. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate consent or opt-out mechanisms.

4. Advertising and Privacy Choices

Virevant does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Certain privacy laws may define some disclosures involving advertising cookies, pixels, or similar technologies as a sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or similar activity even when no money is exchanged. Where applicable law provides an opt-out right, Virevant will provide or honor an appropriate mechanism as required, including recognized browser-based preference signals where legally required and technically applicable.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to service providers, contractors, and other parties that support our operations, including website hosting and development, CRM, email, telephone and SMS, scheduling, analytics, advertising, marketing, payment processing, cloud storage, IT, cybersecurity, professional consulting, legal, accounting, insurance, and compliance providers.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect rights, property, safety, or systems; investigate fraud or misuse; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction; or at your direction or with your consent.

6. Email and SMS Communications

If you provide contact information, Virevant may communicate with you regarding your inquiry, scheduled strategy call, prospective engagement, existing business relationship, or other requested communications. Where permitted by law and, where required, with appropriate consent, we may also send marketing communications.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message. You may opt out of marketing text messages by following the instructions in the message, including replying STOP where applicable. Opting out of marketing does not necessarily prevent non-marketing communications needed to respond to requests, administer an existing relationship, provide requested services, or communicate important service information.

7. Healthcare and Sensitive Information

Virevant provides business growth, marketing, technology, automation, and related services to businesses, including businesses operating in elective and cash-pay healthcare. Virevant's public Website is not intended to collect patient medical information or protected health information (PHI).

Do not submit patient names, medical histories, treatment information, diagnoses, insurance information, medical records, or other PHI through public Website forms or strategy-call booking forms. Serving healthcare-related businesses does not, by itself, make every interaction with Virevant subject to HIPAA. If a future engagement requires regulated health information, applicable privacy, security, contractual, business-associate, and technology requirements will be addressed separately before such information is processed.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, providing services, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud or abuse, and establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.

9. Data Security

Virevant uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, destruction, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No Internet transmission, electronic communication, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you reside and which laws apply to Virevant, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about collection, use, or disclosure, withdrawal of consent where applicable, and opt-out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. These rights are subject to applicable law, eligibility, verification requirements, and exceptions.

To submit a privacy request, email hello@virevant.com. Please provide enough information for us to understand and verify the request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

11. California Residents

California residents may have additional rights under applicable California law. If and when Virevant is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, eligible residents may have rights including access, correction, deletion, information concerning collection and disclosure practices, limitation of certain uses of sensitive personal information, and the ability to opt out of certain sales or sharing. Virevant will provide additional notices or mechanisms when legally required.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, applications, or services. Virevant does not control the privacy, security, content, or practices of independent third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies may govern your interactions with them.

13. Children's Privacy

The Website and Virevant's services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly use the Website to solicit personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected in circumstances requiring deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

14. Confidential Information and Public Forms

Do not use Website forms, booking forms, or general email channels to transmit patient records or PHI, passwords or authentication credentials, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, bank account information, or other highly sensitive information not necessary for the inquiry. If confidential information is required in a client engagement, Virevant may designate an appropriate transmission method.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in services, technologies, business practices, or legal requirements. We will revise the Last Updated date when changes are made and provide additional notice of material changes where required by law.
