Terms of Use
Effective Date: October 1, 2026Last Updated: October 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of virevant.com and related public webpages operated by Virevant Growth LLC, doing business as Virevant (collectively, the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
2. Website Purpose; No Professional Advice
The Website provides general information about Virevant and its business growth, marketing, technology, automation, consulting, and related services. Website content is provided for general informational and business purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, clinical, or other regulated professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
3. No Client Relationship Through Website Use
Accessing the Website, submitting a form, scheduling or participating in a strategy call, or communicating with Virevant does not by itself create a client, agency, fiduciary, partnership, joint venture, employment, or other professional relationship. A client relationship exists only when Virevant Growth LLC and the applicable client enter into a separate written agreement.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Marketing, advertising, sales, conversion, automation, and business-growth outcomes depend on numerous factors outside Virevant's control. Nothing on the Website constitutes a promise, warranty, representation, or guarantee of leads, appointments, patients, customers, revenue, profit, return on advertising spend, customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, or any other business result. Any examples, methodologies, projections, benchmarks, or discussions of metrics are illustrative or descriptive unless expressly identified as verified results.
5. Strategy Calls and Proposals
A strategy call is exploratory and may include discussion of business goals, systems, marketing, operations, and potential services. Virevant may determine, in its discretion, whether an engagement is appropriate. Any scope, deliverables, pricing, timeline, performance responsibilities, data-processing terms, cancellation rights, or other service obligations will be governed by a separate written agreement, not these Website Terms.
6. Healthcare Information
The Website is intended for business-to-business use and is not a patient portal. Do not submit PHI, medical records, diagnoses, treatment information, insurance information, or other patient medical information through public forms, booking tools, or general email. Virevant does not provide medical care or medical advice. Any future service engagement involving regulated health information will be subject to separate contractual, privacy, security, and compliance requirements as applicable.
7. Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, including the Virevant name, logos, marks, brand elements, text, graphics, layouts, designs, photographs, videos, methodologies, downloadable materials, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Virevant Growth LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, display, sell, license, create derivative works from, scrape, or commercially exploit Website content.
8. Limited Permission to Use the Website
Subject to these Terms, Virevant grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the Website for lawful internal business and informational purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Website to violate law; infringe rights; introduce malware or harmful code; interfere with security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; impersonate another person or entity; submit false, fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or misleading information; transmit unnecessary sensitive information; or use automated means to access, extract, or interfere with Website content or systems in a manner prohibited by applicable law or these Terms.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may use or link to third-party services, including scheduling, analytics, CRM, advertising, communications, payment, hosting, and other technology providers. Virevant does not control independent third parties and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices, terms, or acts or omissions. Use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
11. Website Availability and Changes
Virevant may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or change any part of the Website at any time, with or without notice. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that defects will always be corrected.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VIREVANT DISCLAIMS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THE FOREGOING MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VIREVANT GROWTH LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR SIMILAR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ACCESS TO, USE OF, RELIANCE ON, OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT. TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED, LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Virevant Growth LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the Website, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement or violation of a third party's rights. This provision does not require indemnification for Virevant's own conduct to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
15. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information through the Website is described in the Virevant Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy concerning the handling of personal information, the Privacy Policy controls as to that subject.
16. Electronic Communications
When you communicate with Virevant electronically, you consent to receive communications reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, administer a requested interaction, or conduct an existing business relationship. Marketing email or text communications are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Submission of a public Website form does not waive rights provided by applicable communications or privacy laws.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to any non-waivable legal rights, disputes arising solely from use of the public Website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida. Client service agreements may contain separate dispute-resolution, venue, arbitration, or governing-law provisions that control disputes arising from those engagements.
18. Severability; No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Virevant's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
19. Changes to These Terms
Virevant may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in the Website, services, business practices, or applicable law. The revised Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. The Effective Date and Last Updated date identify the current version. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a change, Virevant will provide it.
